1. Who we are

Balar Overseas is a sourcing, import-export and logistics company with its head office at 146, Royal Square, Opp. Silver Business Point, Utran, Surat, Gujarat 394105, India and a sourcing team in China. This policy explains what we do with the details you share with us through this website, WhatsApp, phone or email.

2. Information we collect

We only collect what we need to answer your enquiry and handle your shipment:

• Your name, company name, phone / WhatsApp number, email address and delivery city
• Product details: what you want to import, quantity, target price, samples and reference photos
• Business and shipping documents needed for an order, such as your GST number, IEC, KYC documents, invoices and delivery address
• Messages, calls and emails exchanged with our team

The enquiry form on this website does not store anything on our servers. It opens WhatsApp with your message already written, and nothing is sent until you press send there.

3. How we use it

• To prepare quotations and reply to your questions
• To find and verify suppliers, negotiate prices and arrange quality inspection for your order
• To book freight, prepare customs documents and deliver your goods
• To send order updates, tracking details and invoices
• To meet legal, tax and customs requirements

We do not sell or rent your details to anyone, and we do not send promotional messages unless you have asked for them.

4. Who we share it with

To complete your order, the necessary details are shared with the parties who carry out the work: suppliers and factories, inspection staff, freight forwarders, shipping lines and airlines, customs brokers and authorities, transporters and courier companies, banks and payment partners. They receive only what their part of the job needs.

We may also disclose information when the law, a court or a government authority requires it.

5. Cookies and third-party services

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It keeps a small note in your browser for the current visit only, so the opening animation is not repeated on every page.

Some parts of the site are loaded from other services (fonts and scripts from Google Fonts and public CDNs, images from our own server), and links open WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google Maps. Those services may record technical details such as your IP address under their own privacy policies.

6. Storage and security

Enquiries and order records are kept by our team on business phones, email and office systems with access limited to the staff handling your order. We keep order and tax records for as long as Indian law requires, and other enquiries only as long as they are useful for serving you.

No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect what you share with us.

7. Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show, correct or delete the personal details we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. We will act on the request unless we must keep a record for legal, tax or customs reasons.
