Shipping policy

1. Where we ship

We ship from factories and markets across China, including Guangzhou, Yiwu, Shenzhen, Ningbo and Shanghai, to any city in India, door to door. Goods from several suppliers can be collected and consolidated at our warehouse in China before shipping.

2. Shipping methods

• Sea freight (FCL) – a full container for your goods; lowest cost per unit for large orders
• Sea freight (LCL) – your cartons share a container with weekly consolidated departures; suited to smaller orders
• Air freight – for urgent or high-value goods
• Express courier – for samples and small parcels

We recommend the method that gives the best balance of cost and speed for your product, and you choose.

3. Estimated timelines

• Sea freight: usually 20–35 days door to door
• Air freight: usually 5–10 days door to door

The timeline starts when the goods are ready and handed to us for shipping; production time at the factory is extra and is confirmed with your order. All timelines are estimates and can be affected by port congestion, vessel schedules, customs examination, weather and public holidays in China and India.

4. Charges

Your quotation shows the cost in one place: product cost, freight, customs duty and taxes, clearance and delivery to your city. Freight is charged on weight or volume (CBM), whichever applies to the method. Duty and GST are charged as assessed by Indian customs, so the final amount can differ slightly from the estimate if the rate or valuation changes.

5. Packing and inspection

Before loading we check the goods against your order, the carton marking and the strength of the packing, and send you photos. Fragile or bulky products are packed and loaded to export standard; special packing such as pallets or wooden crates can be arranged at cost.

6. Customs clearance

Our team prepares the documents, calculates duty and handles clearance at the Indian port. As the importer you provide your IEC, GST and KYC documents, plus any licence or certificate your product category needs (for example BIS, WPC or FSSAI). Goods that are prohibited or restricted for import cannot be shipped.

7. Tracking and delivery

We share updates at each stage: pickup, departure, arrival at port, clearance and dispatch. You can ask for the latest status any time on WhatsApp at +91 98989 77266. Delivery is made to the address on your order; please keep someone available to receive and unload the goods.

8. Damage, shortage and insurance

Please count the cartons and check their condition at delivery. Note any shortage or damage on the delivery receipt and send us photos within 48 hours so we can raise a claim with the carrier or insurer. Cargo insurance is recommended for every shipment and can be arranged on request.
